Our Outer Banks Vacation

We spent a week on the Outer Banks in Duck, North Carolina. This is our third year going to the Outer Banks and our second in a beachfront home. It is always a wonderful trip. This year we were joined by my parents, my sister, and my grandparents. We had a houseful and it was great! We ate lots of Duck Deli Barbeque, got some sun, had a few beers and fruity drinks, soaked in the pool, and managed to get a little boogie board time. The boys enjoyed being spoiled with one set of grandparents and one set of great grandparents. They had plenty of candy, enjoyed a few movie nights in the house, built some great sandcastles, and did some ghost crab hunting on the beach at night. We really look forward to this trip every year. Maybe our schedules will allow us to come together again next year.
